Pre-Employment Clothing (Friperie) Program
A new initiative by Chez Doris, this pre-employment program supports women by helping them develop professional skills, build self-confidence and prepare for a return to work or to school.
Participants gain experience in a structured and supportive environment through various tasks, including sorting and organizing clothing and hygiene products, providing customer service and managing inventory.
The new program promotes independence, the establishment of a routine and the development of transferable skills aligned with each participant’s professional goals.
