Chez Doris is pleased to invite you to its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026!

The AGM is a privileged opportunity to meet, reflect, and discuss our mission and the past year. It is also a chance to come together in person to celebrate our accomplishments and look ahead to the future.

We warmly thank everyone who supports Chez Doris : donors, volunteers, partners, and board members, for their ongoing commitment to the women we accompany.

Order of events :
Networking: 5:00 PM–6:00 PM
AGM: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

Who :
Anyone who has volunteered for 10+ hours or made a minimum donation of $100 during the last fiscal year is considered a member with voting rights at our AGM.

Why :
The AGM provides an opportunity to review the year’s achievements, present some future directions, and strengthen ties within the Chez Doris community. It is a time to present the results of the year, but also to celebrate the collective commitment that affects the women we support.

What else :
– Refreshments will be served on site.
– A networking opportunity will precede the meeting to encourage discussion.
– Registration is required.
