For 50 years, Chez Doris has helped women stay off the streets
Much more than a shelter, Chez Doris provides support at every stage, from emergency assistance and prevention programs to transitional and permanent housing, with personalized support along the way.
Last year, Chez Doris supported more than 2,000 women.
Martine is one of them. After years of hardship, including a period of homelessness, she walked through the door of Chez Doris. With her support worker, she got back on her feet one day at a time, until she received the key to her own apartment.
