The 2026 Chez Doris Holiday Market will be even more magical and festive, while staying as authentic and heartfelt as ever.
The Chez Doris Holiday Market tradition continues in 2026 with an even more enchanting edition, as we join the Atwater Market Christmas Village.
What’s more, this year the Market runs over 3 days! Chez Doris volunteers will be there to welcome you:
- Friday, December 4, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, December 5, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Sunday, December 6, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Our tradition wouldn’t be complete without the beautiful creations made by the women of Chez Doris, including mittens made from recycled sweaters and Indigenous beaded jewellery. Kind volunteers have also made greeting cards and festive ornaments.
Creations made with heart
Behind every mitten and every piece of jewellery lies a story: that of a woman who, through her hands, expresses her talent, her courage and her determination to build a better future.
Their creations are as beautiful as they are original:
- Multicoloured mittens
- Beaded earrings
- Bead bracelets
- Beaded keychains
- Phone straps
- Beaded ornaments
- Watercolour and collage greeting cards
- Symbolic ornaments offered in exchange for a donation
Each item, made with care, is not only the perfect gift for a loved one or for yourself, but also a concrete way to support women in precarious situations.
This market is much more than just an event: it embodies the mission of Chez Doris, offering women a space where they can regain confidence, learn, create and thrive.
